Cloud9 is thrilled to announce that we are re-entering the Rainbow 6 competitive circuit, so join us in welcoming the newest team of the Cloud9 family, formerly mantis FPS, Cloud9 R6! Joining the organization are players Inyup Neilyo Lee, Yugeun h3dy Kwon, Seongsoo EnvyTaylor Kim, Chanyoung SweetBlack Han, and Sihun Nova Lee. Also joining us is head coach Inyeong SummerRain Kim and assistant coach Hyun OCN Park.

The roster has been dominating their region as of late, winning the Asia Pacific Qualifier for the Six Invitational 2019, winning Six Challenge Korea 2019, and taking the top spot in Korea Cup Monthly four months in a row, from September to December. We’re all excited to see what the roster can achieve as a part of the C9 Family.

It’s a great honor to be a part of Cloud9. We’ve been putting in so much work since Brazil Y2S3 Pro League Finals, Paris Major, and Six Invitational 2019 in pursuit of this recognition, so you can only imagine how overjoyed we were to get an offer from one of the best organizations in the world, and our dream team, Cloud9. We know there’s a lot to live up to here, and we will do our best to make the fans proud and to reward the trust Cloud9 is putting in us.

Inyeong SummerRain Kim, Cloud9 Rainbow Six Head Coach

We’re super excited to be back in the R6 scene and we know this team is going to make waves right away. Their ability to not only be successful, but to sustain it for months on end caught everyone’s attention and we’re looking forward to them continuing that run. Welcome to Cloud9!

Jack Etienne, Cloud9 CEO & Owner

You’ll be able to see the team in action at the Season IX APAC Finals, starting on April 13, and you can keep up with all news regarding #C9R6 and the #C9FAM by following us on social or joining the official Cloud9 Discord.
